My name is John and I'm from NW Ohio. I have had a few horizontal smokers in the past and left my last one at my other house when I move so I have a Char Broil Offset Smoker American Gourmet Grill 7000 I purchased from Home Depot online.

I love smoking ribs, brisket, pork shoulders and just about anything else.
