Hello from NW Georgia

Hello everyone!

I'm not completely new to Grilling/Smoking, I have competed in a few small local  (just for fun) rib cook off's in the past. I formulated my own rub and sauce by reading and researching,  but I never was completely satisfied with my end results.  When my kids were born I kinda got out of it and have been away for several years. 

I am also a Beekeeper.

I look forward to picking up some good tips, and getting back to the joy of smoking and grilling.
