Hey all, I have been smoking on an electric flower pot build for the last 2 years. Grilling on my Weber kettle and have just picked up a second one for UDS parts. Can't wait to get building and smoking on double racks!

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
