Hi everyone,
Ive been using this site for recipes for a few months and decided to finally join. Im runnin with a MES 340g. Love this smoker! Just got my A-MAZE-N pellet smoker in the mail today and will be trying it out on a 13 lb packer overnight this evening. Wish me luck!

So i did have to re light the amnps once in the middle of the night. But i think it turned out decent.
