Hello from North Texas!

New on the forum, lots of great info here!

Currently I use an offset stick burner and recently got a Treager pellet smoker (for convenience when I don't have time to babysit the smoker). Have a ranch here in Texas with plenty of pecan and mesquite readily available.

Doctor put me on a low carb diet recently so I have been using the smokers about 5 times a week now. Info here is awesome since I am smoking meats I haven't in the past for some variety.
