hello from North Idaho

With out trying to sound like i'm at an AA meeting, I'm Andrew From the Coeur d' Alene area of Idaho. I've been smoking on and off for a couple of years (Mostly jerky) but for christmas I got a cajun injector electric smoker and want to dive deeper down the rabbit hole. I'm a telecommuications engineer, tech/video/star wars nerd, dont let the nerdiness fool you though I hunt and fish as well.
