Hello from North Carolina

Hi all,  

Just got into smoking, my father had a Char-Broil vertical gas smoker 800, He used it once and gave to me.  I have smoked ribs and a brisket so far and everyone loved them.  I also love to grill, I have a TEC Sterling 3.

Wanting to learn more on smoking so I can move up to a all wood smoker.

Thanks in advance for any and all tips and advice.
