I've been visiting the site for several months and really appreciate the vast amount of knowledge and experience from the members. I am a native of NC, so I've been exposed to great BBQ all my 60 years. I am currently using a MES analog version, but I also have a Char Griller with a charcoal side box smoker. I've smoked ribs, butts,chicken and a whole turkey this past Thanksgiving. I would like to try some beef items.
