Hello from North Carolina

I have been using a New Braunfels Bandera smoker in central NC for 10 years and it has been one of the best buys I have ever made.  I am a pathological do it your selfer and I came across this forum while looking for plans for a smoke house.  I have already soaked up quite a bit of wisdom from the members here and look forward to learning more.  There are so many great ideas here it will be difficult to decide how to use them.
