I've been grill'n, BBQ'n and smoke'n for what seems all my life and never tire of learning new ways to do it. I'm retired now and have more time to fine tune this fantastic past time. I'm an MBN Member and travel around the south judging BBQ events eating some of the best ribs, shoulder and whole hog you've ever laid eyes on!
