Hello from New York! My name is Ken and I started smoking over a year ago on a char griller pro with sfb. I found this site a few weeks ago getting my "smoker" ready for the summer. I found so much useful information on how to seal up this grill and make it work better!. Today will be my first smoke on my modded char griller! I will post pics later.
