Hello from new smoker!

Hi,
I got a Masterbuilt 30 in. smoker a just before Thanksgiving last yea, and am putting it to good use! I have always wanted to make my own pulled pork, and now I'm doing it! I'm sure my life expectancy will now decrease, but heck, who wants to live an extra 10 years without BBQ?

I'm in the Salt Lake City area, and I hope to get better at smoking meat!
