Hello from Nevada!

Just stopping in to say hi! I'm sure it will take me a while to get use to this format here. I have a Bradley Smoker, A-MAZE-N-PELLET-SMOKER 5x8, and a Pit Barrel Cooker. I like them all for different reasons. I've been smoking for quite a while and have settled on these 3 products comfortably. I heard a pellet grill is in my future. :-). I hope I fit in here.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions Post it
and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is because their
are so many different ways to make great Q We all have our own taste.

Thanks for the welcomes! My biggest problem will be is posting pictures as so many times I just don't have the time to take them. I kinda do it all at this house. Hope to learn, tips, tricks and new tried and true recipes too.
