Welcome Cornshucker and Happy Smoke Rings from Missouri Tiger Country, Sedalia, MO. Greenwood is a subarb of Alvo, Prairie Home, Murdock, and Ceresco, NE isn't it? Actually, my daughter and ex-wife live in Lincoln and I used to. So I kind of now where you smoke. You can get some good advice about smoking and flavors at Viril's House of Sausage west of Lincoln on Van Dorn just 3 driveways past the Denton-Emerald road if you need any help up there. That is where I get my vension snack sticks and other seasonings. Semper Fi
