Hi, my name is Marshall and I'm new to pellet smoking. I've smoked on a Big Green Egg for a couple of years so I'm not completely new to the art. After selling my Large BGE my MiniMax proved too small for larger smokes so I went hunting for a new smoker and settled on a Pit Boss Series 5 vertical smoker. I'm looking forward to learning how to smoke on a pellet smoker and one can always learn more about smoking in general.
