Hi! I'm Mike from southeastern NC and I've been smoking for probably 5 years now. Started with the brinkmann 3 in 1 thing then moved to a UDS smoker I made, char griller akorn, and just recently picked up a MES for $80 from a guy that used it 3 times and the kids didn't like the smoke flavor lol. So that's where I'm at now, going to bite the bullet and try a brisket for Moms day. Nice to meet everyone!
