Hi everyone! I've browsed the site but just finally created a profile. I am not a newbie to smoking but definitely not an expert either. I currently have a WSM but in the process of upgrading. I am getting a new smoker from Jason over at topshotbbq. Can't wait to get it and test that baby out! Hope to compete one day but still in the backyard for now...

We're glad to have you aboard Bigmoe!  I see you have the same addiction to bbq we have!  Let us see some good pics once you get that new smoker!  Excellent advice from equally as great people nationwide always ready to help.  Definitely utilize the search bar with any questions or concerns, or simply start your own thread.  Good luck and have fun!
