Im new to the forums , and always looking for good advice on smoking meat , mostly ive been cooking pork , either shoulder ,ribs and tenderloins , for the most part I use an indirect grill/smoker on my back porch , but my brother and built a larger smoker about 2 years ago , it has a 3 x 4 cooking area , with an indirect wood fired box for smoke and heat , we also incoorperated a removable gas burner ,
