Hello, I'm Gary from Minnesota. I'm a big fan of this forum and want to thank you all for a great site. Currently, I'm a hot barrel smoker with an addiction to the butcher shop! My goal for this summer is to enter the amateur smoke competitions locally with my entourage of fellow smoking friends. When life slows down this summer, the wife and I will be building the hot/cold smokehouse we've always wanted on our acreage. Thanks, and take care. -Gary
