Hello from Michigan (Howell)

Picked up a new Masterbuilt Dual Fuel Smoker this evening.. plan on putting it together tomorrow and getting some meat on the table.  Wish me luck.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Spent 1.5 hours last night putting together the smoker. Having really crappy weather in the midwest... hope to season it today.

Picked up an igrill2 and using one of the kids ipads to make it happen. Seasoning the smoker now and getting used to temperature control. May get my inaugural smoke with some ribs this evening or tomorrow.
