Hello All!

I am a relative beginner to smoking. With my new house, i bought a brinkmann smoke 'n grill. So far i've made some pretty good 'Q, and i hope the mods i made today (baffels, raised coal grates) make my experience even better. Any one have any suggestions with this model?

My best suggestion is to hug it everyday and tell it you love it

You're sure to get many a good smoke out of her, and there are so many good folks on this site who are more than happy to help you out with tons of info and great recipes/Qviews.

First off Welcome to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are alot of good people here thay would just love to help you with anything to do with smoking. Like someone else said try thr E-course it's free and very informative. Next thing you have to learn is Qview(pictures) we're crazy about them things. You will find the how too's and what fors on the front page listed under for new members( thats you) It will shw you everything you need to know. Then go buy something and smoke it if you have a question ask and someone here will jump rite up and answer it for you. So start smoking threre's plenty of light out.
