Hello All, Long time lurker on this site, new member. I'm an attorney (please don't hold it against me...) from Little Rock. Got a smoker last winter and I've used it a few times with some great success on pork butts, briskets, and ribs. I'm hoping to get into sausage making soon, start to diversify my meats, and continue to build off of prior successes. Glad to be here!
