Glad to be here. I would not say I am a newbie, I would just say I have not had great success in the past. I just purchased a Masterbuilt 40" Electric smoker...OK I actual got it as a graduation gift. It should arrive Thursday and I plan on having a brisket in it on Saturday. I am a transplant living in Lawton, OK. I retired from the Army in 2004 and have taken up residence here in Oklahoma. I really enjoy smoked, wet BBQ.
If anyone has any tips or suggestions, please bring it on. That's what I joined this forum for.
Again, glad to here and get started with the new smoker.
