I teach at a technical school. The subject I teach is welding. My hobbies are few prolly my favorite is BBQ and gardening. The smoker I use is one the students built at school it is 26Dx46 offsetbox is 24x24 all of the metal is 1/2 it is on wheels. It cooks great I also have a gas smoker. The type wood I use is hickory. I never use charcoal but thinking making my own lump because i have a very good wood source.
