Hello from Kansas!

I'm new to smoking, and have seen some great stuff here so far. I'm 37 years old from Wichita, KS. I've been in the kitchen since I was about 10 years old. My family's cooking style was very southern and home made, which is still very much at my core, now mixed with authentic Mexican and grilled food filtering in...and I just bought my first smoker. I'm hoping to make new friends, find more great advice and be able to offer advice as well. Happy cooking!!
