Hello from Kansas!

Hello, I am Brady from western Kansas. I have been a member since about 2015 but finally decided to make my first post. I am working with a MES 30 with cold smoke attachment and a new Oklahoma Joe Highland with all the mods. Have been trying to get some practice with the OKJH as I am cooking brisket for a rehearsal dinner this weekend. If everything goes right I might try a separate thread! Thanks for the great site!
