Hello from jersey

New member here from a little town in s jersey called Pitman.
I am very new to smoking meat but not BBQ ,always charcoal
But not gas.
I drive a dump truck doing road construction for the last 20 yrs,
Married for 23 yrs this May to a beautiful lady , 2 children 1 granddaughter .
I know this site is going to help me grow in the world of smoking meat ..
