Just wanted to say hello. While I have been grilling for some time, I just recently stared smoking. I figured I'd start small, soi picked up the $40 brinkmann from HD. Thanks to suggestions from this site and Bilbo's rub, I smoked my first spare rib rack the other weekend, which everyone seemed to like. A local grocery has baby backs on sale, so I figured I'd give those a try this weekend, maybe some chicken too.
