Hello I'm here living in Japan. I've be doing this for a couple of years. I just picked up a Oklahoma Joe highlander. I hope to post some threads here and looks at all your guys great cooks. Here is a few pics from some recent past cooks.

Do you use a local butcher there? We may be there next year so it's a thought on my mind! Doesn't look like you're suffering for meat though!

I get most of my meat from the military base. There is a company here that imports meat from a few places and the prices isn't that bad.
