I'm happy and honored to join this forum! I've read as a nonmember for a while tried to smoke with some homemade devices but just recently ordered a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker. It'll be here Tuesday and I can't wait to start smoking. I look forward to making friends and learning a lot from you all!
