My name is Brandon (aka Redman). I'm a newbie to the smoking scene for the most part. I have a WSM 22.5 with an IQ120 that I enjoy messing around with. I've been grilling for many years and smoking meat for about 5. I enjoy learning new things and new techniques so I'm excited about the SM forums.
