New to this forum as a member, but been reading here for a long time.  Been Smoking/BBQ-ing for much of my life.  Started when my dad got a uds back in the day, then "acquired" a trailer smoker in college (unfortunately the owner wouldn't let me take it when I moved back home), now I have a char-griller trio and a vertical propane smoker.  I cook mainly pork butts and sausage logs, but dabble in ribs, and am trying to cook (to varied successes) brisket.  My new "lose sleep over" venture is curing my own bacon....who doesn't love bacon right?  Any way look forward to talking to many of you and learning some new trick and recipes.

Welcome aboard!  This is the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
