Hello from Florida

My grilling history is I had 2 Akorn Kamados for 7 years. This summer I bought a Kamado Big Joe and Kamado Joe Jr.
Loved the Akorn but Kamado joes are the next level. Best thing about Florida is you can grill almost year long.

Those of us who smoke in temps below freezing are more than half a bubble off, but it's a labor of love, I reckon.

Sigh I really miss the gulf coast. I spent the better part of my twenties at NAVSTA Pascagoula and then Ingalls shipyard there when they closed the base. The first year I was there it actually snowed LOL. I have hard copy pictures of me on the beach in the snow was crazy.

As a side not I was there when they brought the USS Cole back to Ingalls. It was a sad and solemn process.
