Well here goes. I am new to the site but defiantly not new to firing up a smoker. I have been cooking for almost 15 years for friends parties my parties and an occasion for a company party. All on weekends for fun. I have been using a friends home made smoker for the bib parties but as of 2010 I have been using my Traeger Texas pellet smoker and love the results from it. Hope to get some new ideas from this site and give any advice I may have if interested
