Hello from Florida

Hello everyone.

I'm just re-starting out in smoking. I had a walmart smoker several years but I was never any good with it.(since I'm starting over I'll be honest, I sucked at it. The dog wouldn't eat my ribs)

I got the bug the other day to try it again but this time I plan to build my own and read, read and read some more before I do anything.
