Hey everyone, new to the forums.  Been browsing them for a while and decided to join.  Im from and currently live in Pensacola, Florida.  Smoking Food is a hobby of mine.  I smoke on a brinkman electric smoker at the moment but plan on making a UDS as soon as possible.  I mainly cook ribs, but I enjoy trying new things.
