Hey all! Long time listener and first time caller.

Grew up in Texas and have lived the last 14 years in Arkansas - grew up on beef and pepper BBQ and now I live in smorgasbord of BBQ (KC, Memphis, TX, and a lil NC). I used to think baby back ribs just came from Chili's and pulled pork was only done in a crock pot. Love learning new flavors and methods.
