Hello from Escondido

My name is Warren and I live in Escondido California.. Pretty new to smoking and charcoal grilling, I just got a weber 22.5 silver and was giving a char broil smoker a while back. Been reading through a lot of the posts and have gain some knowledge already. All this started cause  because a friend wanted to do a comp between friends. and Ive been hooked ever since. glad there is a forum like this to help with my smoking and grilling.
