Hi Everyone just thought I would drop by and introduce myself. My name is Craig. I live in sunny Edmonton Alberta Canada for 6 moths of the year and snow filled for the rest.i have just bought a new camp chef smoke vault 24 about 2 months ago. I am very green to the smoking but am willing to learn a lot.Thumbs Up.. Sorry in advance for all the questions.
