Hello from Dustin in Rochester New York

I am newer to smoking and it has become one of my favorite past times.  I bought a Char Griller without the firebox but I read an article about smoking without a smoker and I tried it and I loved it.  So with my new found hobby I went out and bought the side fire box and have been trying to learn how to use it since.  I liked some of the mods and recipes (I have made about a dozen of them) and decided to join the forum.

LanceR I am in Fairport right on the Monroe and Wayne County Line.  I have only been here two years but we love it.  You are down in the Finger Lakes region then, beautiful area.
