Hello from Denver, CO

Hello fellow smokers...my name is Sammy and I am s 42 year old male from Thornton, CO (northern suburb of Denver.) I have been grilling for 15 years and really started getting into smoking within the last 10 or so. I am currently using a Traeger Big Tex and am finding myself very satisfied with the Traeger line. I have started to get into the world of competition BBQ, and was featured in a local television grilling competition TV show, which was recently picked up by CBS for national broadcasting, called Grill vs. Grill. I love trying things until I get it mastered and am always looking to add to my repertoire.
