Almost 50 years old. Married. Two kids. One in college, one almost in college.
Love motorcycles, dogs, and my new-found cooking apparatus..... a 2 door propane smoker from Masterbuilt.
I live about 30-ish miles south of Philadelphia, Pa. in the crappy little state of Delaware.
I seasoned my smoker this past Saturday when it was about 28 degrees out, and smoked my first meat (salmon and chicken) yesterday in about 30 degree weather.
Snow was falling when I was putting the cooled down smoker back in the garage after I was done.
My dream is to retire south somewhere where I will have a palm tree growing naturally in my yard.
Until then, I look forward to learning how to smoke delicious foods wile I drink delicious beer.
Of yeah....I like beer too.
From all appearances this forum seems to be a wealth on knowledge and information.
