Hello from DC Metro

Hi everyone! My name is Raf, I live in the DC metro area. I have been smoking for a few years (~5) but still consider myself a pup even though I get praises from local senior bbq kings and have pretty much cooked moist meat cuts in the market. I don't have a high end smoker, I own a Smoky Hollow gas/offset smoker combo unit that was given to me for father's day 5yrs ago. I'm heavily into mountain biking, craft beer and smoking of course. I'm here to learn from everyone and exchange ideas and recipes. And yes it took me tree years after registering to introduce myself and write my first post...
