Hello everyone, my name is Jake and I am from Colorado. I've been smoking for about three years now and I've done a lot of electric and gas smoking. Recently I made the transition to smoking with Charcoal and Hardwood. I plan on posting my new setup to see if anyone has some tips for improvement.
