Hey!  New to this website, but I have been smoking, grilling, and doin' the overall BBQ thing for many years.  Thank you, smokingmeatforums.com for setting up this website, it is a great way for beginner smokers, not-so beginner smokers, or experts of the sport, to experiment, and refine a craft that we all love so much.  I own a website that distributes multiple brands of smokers, rubs, injections, sauces, and even custom steak brands.  To me, this website is a great way to get new ideas for the pounds and pounds of meat i'm smoking all the time, as well as maybe share some of my favorite smoking/taste preferences with those who are interested.

First of all, Welcome to SMF, Darn good bunch of people and mega information. My wife has relatives living in Claycomo Mo.  5 min. from Worlds of Fun.
