Hello everyone,

I'm Mark from Chicago - been lurking around for a while now, and finally joining.  I've been grilling for over 8 years, and have been experimenting smoking in my 22.5 weber, with great results.  I hope to meet some cool people and learn some stuff, as well as contribute as much as I can.
