Well hello all,
Been a griller and a Smoker for a bit now with both wood fired Smoker and a Propane smoker at home. Live in Harrisburg, PA and just cant seem to get enough of smoking Turkeys these days. I have done several 20# plus birds in the last month alone. Not only did this cause me to have a TON of meat but I have Gallons of frozen smoked Turkey stock now also.
