Hello there! I had the chance, a while ago, to taste a former colleague of mine's salmon he smoked himself and I thought to myself : "Damn, I want a smoker".

... and guess what I got for Christmas this year. So, yeah. I'm probably the last guy on the planet who should own a smoker (I'm a terrible cook, I can barely boil water) but I'll learn! I'm the kind of guy who needs to read up a lot of new stuff so I probably won't trying actually smoking anything in the next few days but it's a terrible itch.

There's clearly a TON of information available on these forums and I'll certainly have questions before long. I feel like I'm in the right place for that. ;)

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions Post it
and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is because their
are so many different ways to make great Q We all have our own taste.
