From Long Beach California. Just found this forum searching for more info on smoking. Found some good info so I thought I would join. I have been smoking on and off for a while but still learning. I have 2 butts in the smoker waiting for the 190 mark… getting closer, just looked up at the wireless and it hit 188 on one and 187 on the other, so I have a little time. I also have some Italian sausages in also. I can smell them now, canâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t you

I believe OTBS stands for Order of Thin Blue Smoke but I may stand corrected. You will get an answer soon from those in the know.
