Hello from Cairo

Hey all, just wanted to drop by and introduce myself. I'm Danny, MSgt in the Air Force, stationed in Cairo, Egypt for a year.  Back home, I  am a pretty active smoker, every weekend, mainly stick to Butts/Brisket and Ribs.  My grill back home is a side by side Char-broil with a smoke box, but here, was fortunate enough to acquire a Webber Cool Touch.  Guess the main reason was to possibly learn any tips on smoking with one of these.  Thanks, and i look forward to hearing and reading the great posts on this site.

Welcome to the forum. There is a lot of great tips on smoking with a Weber Kettle here. Like I tell all the new guy's, it's a lot more fun when you participate.

I went to Egypt once back in the 80's. Hurghada, on the Red Sea. Beautiful water. Went fishing Egyptian style (a board with the line wrapped around it) in 60 ft. of water you could see the reef below the boat.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
